The end of the inhale, when you are full of breath, is an important point in your breathing cycle. 

Volume - Comfortably Full

Each breath fills to a consistent level. Don't breathe in too much. Just inhale enough breath where you feel comfortably full with all points of the vocal core rested in "Home" position.

Stillness at the Top of the Breath

There is a moment of no breath movement before the inhale converts to the exhale. This critical part of the breathing cycle moves by quickly unless we practice ecoming aware of it.
