- Review of Silent ah’s to the tube.
- Breathing Chest fluid motion: exhale, inhale and exhale

- Posture and open the chest
- Suspend

- Start with the exhale, like a “Table” position in yoga. Spine lengthens as bottom rolls slightly under. Belly comes in.

- On the inhale, the belly falls downward and sucks the air in and your belly gets bigger.

ALWAYS PULLING UP ON THE SUSPENSION STRING.

- Isolation of upper and lower movements.

- Inhale and exhale from chest only isolation

- Inhale and exhale from belly only

- Consciously choose to breathe in either upper or lower body.
