Slow, descending notes.
- Breathe in position of resonance of the highest pitch of the exercise. (First pitch is the highest in this exercise.)

- Pull up (on face and soft palate) as the pitch moves downward.

- Think "UP" as the pitch slides down.

- Continue to pull up on face and soft palate when you sustain each pitch.
